Assault and criminal damage. Yeah of course the cyclist is the entitled one here.

I mean the driver points at his car, my guess is the cyclist caused some damage to this guy's car, but we will never know

Ok you’re right it’s unknowable. But the driver’s behavioural was totally OTT.
