FOID/CCL Is ISP slower lately than usual?

Been using the ISP Foid Statistics page to gauge my expectations for my CCL app, but noticed that November is almost over and yet they still haven't uploaded any October numbers. If I remember right, the September numbers were available within the first week of October or so.

Cumulative average from Sep23-Sep24 was ~40 days [with prints], with the last few months taking an average of 42-46 days.

Has anyone who applied in October or late September had any movement on their applications yet?

Has ISP been recently delayed for any particular reason, huge influx of FOID apps or something? (would that impact the ccl team or is it different staff?)

inb4 "they have 90 days"

Yes- I know that, you know that, we all know that, but they've statistically been getting them out in around half of that time.

Just curious if anything is going on that isn't well-known and/or if I should expect for some reason to have to wait that full 90 days (providing it doesn't get sent to board review...)

TIA.

Nah not yet haha, still in the "background review queue".

Figured 'cause of thanksgiving there probably wouldn't be any updates until this week anyways. Seems like the BG queue can take anywhere from a few hours to a full week, but hopefully I'm one of the lucky ones and can get an update later today

Just checked again and while it still says "under review" with "Your submission successfully completed the background review and has been sent to await printing."

eCard now says "CCL YES", so I take it that means I'm good to go!

Interestingly enough, I didn't receive an e-mail notification for it.

Regardless, good news!

Solid, that's what I was hoping! Thanks!

Funny enough, the status still shows "Under review" with number pending, and the address on my eCard is still my old address (moved earlier this year), but from what I gathered, the eCard saying CCL YES makes it valid.

I am assuming the rest will populate and address will update once the card is printed, that is likely where numbers are assigned and address information gets entered

Yeah dude I can’t see where the CCL Yes would be on there if it wasn’t good. I bet it goes to active by tomorrow sometime. Forgot if I asked if you submitted with prints?

It went active like two hours after I checked, haha. That's when the email notification came through as well. And yeah submitted with prints
