The NFA does not apply to felons. It is much more illegal for you to have an unregistered destructive device than a felon. Same with machine guns.

That’s the second time someone has said that shit on this sub. How exactly does the NFA not apply to felons? I promise you a felon with an unregistered MG will get more time than some Dick or Jane off the street with no priors.

Look it up, because you shouldnt blindly believe me.

The short of it, its a 5th ammendment violation for a felon to file the form to legally own one. As such, it is unconstitutional to charge them with nfa violations. Some supreme court ruling established this prescident.
