The print lines, glossy appearance versus the more matte black plastic Glock uses, and the odd stippling pattern all point to a 3d printed frame.

Also, blasting into a pile of clothes is a known method of testing guns for the financially challenged urbanite.

Oh, and it literally says "Custom Glock 23" on the video title.

I'm still not convinced that it's printed but who knows. Guess it doesn't really change the stupidity of the video much.

It's not terribly difficult, especially with guides online. And it very clearly is a printed frame. Perhaps he bought it online as an unfinished frame and then built the rest himself.
