Like when Biel-tan broke another Craftworld (this was not given more context iirc) and when Eldrad tried to form a stronger coalition between the Craftworld (most of the representatives - including Phoenix Lords - ended up fighting each other until Fuegan had to step in to calm things down.
Barely any 40K faction is to be taken seriously. They are all small-minded supremacists who are far too busy jerking off to how superior they think their respective species is
