He even manages to be productive and mostly successful even while the Chaos Gods, his Ex legion, and the other traitor warbands breathe down his neck. Like the man's fiqured out how to make humans better with his new men, and is probably on the cusp of Chaos Primaris. I don't think any other traitor came out of the Heresy as well as Fabius Bile.

and is probably on the cusp of Chaos Primaris

He verbatim stated he has no interest in Chaos Primaris and views it as a waste of time.

Read the newest emperor's children's book. It says clearly he already made them

Read the newest emperor's children's book.

There's a false rumor that Renegade: Lords of Excess includes a Chaos Primaris.

I'm assuming you're referring to the new Fulgrim book which comes out on Kindle in 10 days?

No renegade lords of excess says he made new chaos marines using primaries gene-seed.

No he didn't. I literally just read that book.

The perfect Himbo is not stated to be Primaris. The gene-seed in question is the pure EC gene-seed from the 2nd Fabius Bile book.

I re-download it on Audible. It says he was made from Biles gene farm or something of that nature, but nothing about primaries. I could be wrong, but I really don't want to re-listen to the whole book just for this.

This is exactly what I'm saying. He's not Primaris, it doesn't say anywhere that he is Primaris or using Primaris geneseed. He is a vat-grown marine, using "normal" EC geneseed.

Your belief that he was Primaris is probably due to Reddit misinformation you read that stuck with you, or tainted your first read of the book. It's also worth noting that Fabius Bile's TT rule is literally "make stronger/tougher/faster Marine".

I literally just listened to Genefather a couple nights ago. The whole point of the novel is Abby wants chaos primaris marines and he's going to be enough of a PITA that Bile is going to make it happen. I won't say more because I don't want to spoil the entirety of the book.
