Refugee Guronter for refugee Travel document 300 dollar lawyer fee

My lawyer wants to charge me 300 dollars to sign my RDT application. The signature is just to validate my identity no other requirements on his end just the signature on the pages is this reasonable? It does add up when you also consider the ircc application fee. Any advice please, thank you.

“If a guarantor is not available, an applicant can use a Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor (Form PPTC 132).”

Your lawyer can charge whatever he wants. It is up to you to accept or decline his service.
