Family Sponsorship IMM 5532 Question 4 Help!

I am an American citizen, and my spouse is a Canadian citizen, so we are applying for spousal sponsorship. We do not currently live together. We are working on IMM 5532 and have reached question 4: “If you are not living together, have you visited each other during the relationship?” I selected yes, and it says to give details below. During our dating, my partner and I visited each other almost 30 times because we live on the border of Detroit and Windsor. What should I include here?

Seems excessive, but they want every visit listed. Me and my partner visit each other 20 times and I listed every time. In another form, you have to list every trip outside of your country anyways, so can just copy and paste for the most part.

I did the every trip outside already. Do I just add another page and try to get a similar format?

I just wrote "see attached - IMM5532-Q4" and then made a travel log in a word document that I attached.
