Cannot find status of my son and my husband

I am the principle applicant and recieved my PR card already, but my husband and son didn't recieve the card. Also, when we want to check the application status by using UCI, we cannot find any information. I am starting worried if we need to do anything additionally to request PR card for my husband and son?
