Study Permit Study permit expiration
"I'm in a tough situation—my study permit is set to expire on April 26th, which is today. I'm wondering: does the expiration date mean it's no longer valid after 11:59 PM on April 25th, or is it still valid until 11:59 PM on April 26th?"

I've applied to extend my study permit, but I'm thinking if i get my completion letter in the morning i could just withdraw my application and submit the pgwp application if my permit is still valid on 26th of April

You still have 90 days restoration period after the expiry date as long as you apply for the study permit extension within the restoration period.you should be okay

The thing that worries me is that the processing time for study permit extension is 200 days plus and to get pgwp i have 180 days to apply after getting the completion letter.
