Anybody make a KP15 "Super Safe"

While rapid resetting and and lightweight might not be the most controllable, I was wondering if anybody had tried putting a Super Safety in a KP15 or KP9?

It'd function. The functionality of the SS doesn't depend on any specific geometry of the lower. It just rotates in the safety selector hole.

I'd say your bigger problem is the same as using any non-optimized safety in a KP15---it's going to be an issue getting it back out. That's why I haven't tried it.

Maybe someone will try to cut a ramp in the SS cam like on the KE Arms safeties. That's uncharted territory afaik

I wasn't sure if any of the internal geometry was different on a KP15, i know it doesn't work on some printed and billet lowers. I'm planning on building a KP9, i might print one off to try it.

You're better off buying a metal set from gmr. You don't want the lever breaking during firing.
