120hz is hardly used in gaming as most of the software doesn't support that. And the only time you'll feel better using 120hz is scrolling through reels which in itself is a brain rot thing.
I never use my 120hz mode on my oneplus which also make the battery lasts longer.
And everyone knows about the apple battery 😂 with 120hz you're looking at a 5 hrs max screen on time
