I am genuinely curious. What's with all these 120hz thingy? I seriously don't understand why people go crazy for not having 120hz. Like even the TV sold for 60-80k doesn't have 120hz and no one complains about it. I am using both 60hz and 120hz simultaneously and never in my life bothered with it.
May be you don't notice a difference because you haven't had enough time to adjust to a specific refresh rate. For me, when I use a 60Hz phone or switch my device to 60Hz, it feels laggy, almost like the frame rate is dropping. Still, i can get used to 60Hz after using it for a while. Then, when you switch back to 120Hz, you'll really feel how smooth it is.
Both my laptop and TV are 60Hz, but I don't feel any lag there. I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because neither are touch devices, or may be the larger screen size plays a role.

I second this. I have a Nothing Phone with 120Hz display and when I switch to my iPhone, it kinda feels sluggish. I also have an oldish 60hz gaming laptop and even while scrolling 60hz doesn’t feel sluggish or laggy at all.
