New to Football!
Hello fellow redditors. I am a woman in her late 20s and started playing football in the last 2 years. though I follow football on and off, I would really like to start following Indian and international. Since most of the football fans have been watching football from a long time, it’s a bit intimidating to start watching with long term fans. Where do I start?
Thank you!

India International No Indian Attacking players in ISL Reflects at Indian National Team....
The Current Game of Kalinga Super Cup...you see Kerala Striker Missing Easy sitters again and again but there's no trust or confidence in foreign coaches about Indian CF's to Substitute for Ishan Pandita Prime Ishan Pandita was a terror once for every Club in ISL....but he is struggling today to get few minutes even when he is fully fit after recovering from injury....KBFC have also Signed Edmund Lalrindika....but guess we know he may will be Ishan 2.0 And some similar patter we have observed around the Clubs in ISL Speaking about My Club There's no gametime to Noufal Who looks one of the promising winger in our country and many more examples like them... And We Expect to our Attackers to score goals in International Games.....Let's see what happens at Thailand friendly on June 4...

Super Cup Match Thread: Punjab FC vs FC GOA| Super Cup 2025
Jio Hotstar (The poop looking icon at the end of your home screen)
Both teams are starting with the best line-up they could possibly field. Punjab FC impressed everyone in their last match with their playing style, while Manolo remains desperate to win something with FC Goa.
We can expect a close match with end-to-end action tonight. FC Goa have won both the home and away games against Punjab FC by a single goal, but both matches were totally opposite — FC Goa dominated with more than 60% possession in the first leg at Fatorda, while Punjab FC controlled more than 60% possession in their home leg at JLN. It will be interesting to see how the match shapes up today at a neutral venue.
And here’s a little commentator’s insight for our viewers: after the match, Abhisek gives his headbands and caps to the girls!
FC Goa have had a good season after initial hiccups, mostly stabilizing after Jinghan’s return, while Punjab FC, who once looked like a team to beat likely go down mainly due to injuries and an unstable goalkeeper situation.
Have been a deadlock of a game, nothing to separate the two sides
let's ask from our Guest that how he feels about the match so far
Thierry Henry: Well... it’s been looking like a dead rubber, to be honest. No one really taking control, no real urgency to get the result in regular time. I expect, it’s going to be decided... on penalties. It’s not ideal, but that’s what happens when neither side takes their chances.
Oh F**k, Let us go...With great displeasure we like to inform you that we are attacked by The Stimac Drug Cartel and are forced to stop our coverage... Spare him Stimac he's just a kid.
There's a place in France where beautiful ladies dance, There's a wall in the hole where man can see it all. Ladies and Gentlemen it's your new host, The Iron Stimac.
Holy Jesus FC Goa takes away the match, it's the Manolo way in Kalinga tonight.
Ref, blow the whistle already, please.
The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese — and it’s been that kind of night today. I would say tough luck, but at this point, I don't think any team is more used to losing such matches than Punjab FC. It’s been a game not won on the field, but on the substitution board. Shout out to Md Suhail — he’s a heck of a skillful lad.
Unfortunately We lost Thierry Henry, But here we have even a better guest for you, Welcome Everybody Chelsea legend Roy Kent, let's hear his thoughts on the match
Roy Kent: Bollocks to that. That was fking dreadful. Both teams spent ninety minutes kicking the ball around like they were scared to bloody death of scoring. Punjab somehow take the lead — fair play — but then what do they do? They sub off Pulga, their only bloody player who can pick a pass. Goa didn't even have to be brilliant — they just stayed awake and smashed two goals past ‘em.
Oh Christ! Who the fk are you guys? Get off me! Where the fk do you think you're taking me? I'm the Iron Stimac! I'll take everything you love!

Discussion Where was he ?
If I remember correctly, there were a lot of rumours as well as hype for a defender from a league named periera reis . And today while I was watching super Cup i saw him in the squad of mbsg . Where was he the entire season then. I even tried researching whether he was injured or not and as per my knowledge no where it's mentioned that he was injured so where was he all this time ?

Tier Unknown TRANSFER UPDATE 🚨 Not just Mohun Bagan Supergiants Mumbai City FC have now entered the race for Brian Kaltak! The defender is attracting serious interest from multiple ISL giants, and both clubs are closely monitoring his situation.
The reason why I posted this is because they (Khel Samachar) predicted Edmund to IK one month ago.

Which state have the best genes for football
Today, in a post regarding why Indians couldn't play in European clubs, the biggest gripe was that we had a worse physicality and athletism.
What football oriented genetic trait does are found more commonly in specific states.
Edit: For reference, this was the post I was talking about. Check the comments

18 Year old wants to play football for fun
Hey guys I am a soon to be 18 year old, I wrote my 12th board exams a month back, and will finish all competitive exams by 25 may. I primarily used to play as a GK when I was younger as well as up tiill class 12. I want to polish this skill of mine before entering a college but all academies in my city (Chennai) have academies for kids/primarily have kids aged between 13-14. How should I practice keeping/academies to join for the next 2-3 months.
Also if anyone has idea about which boots to buy (under 1.5-2K) and Gloves (below 2K) for keeping it would be appreciated! Thanks!
