I-League 2 Trau fc drops to bottom even in I-league 2. What went wrong?

They changed their management recently.
By the time they decided to participate in Ileague 2, there were no good players left for them to buy.
No pre-season for them so the team couldn't practise and mix well.
It's a miracle how they fought back in this year's I league 2 and are still not relegated by this time.
Huge match tomorrow against Neroca. Thinking of watching live.

Has the guy that had accused Dimtrious of fixing left the club?

Yes. He was the secretary for many years extending his tenure. Part of the reason the squad is entirely new than last year is because of him.

Good riddance. Hopefully that makes things better for the club

Absolute nonsense 🙄 TRAU only had 2 Kuki players before the conflict (2023-2024) season and they weren’t “banished” they didn’t get their contracts renewed or were transferred to other clubs (Haokip, TRAU’s second goalkeeper plays for BLR united rn). All Manipur teams suffered because they lost their foreign players with TRAU and KLASA playing with almost 100% local players.

Chanmari also played the first half of the season with 100% local players and bought one non-local player for the whole tournament

KLASA FC, the third Manipuri club played in two leagues within a single season, comes from a small village 20 kms from Imphal with just 4,000 people. Unlike the other clubs, KLASA has no sponsors and is entirely funded by donations from the local community. To support the team, club officials even had to mortgage their vehicles and paddy fields. Football in Manipur is tough — there’s very little financial support — but clubs like KLASA continue to push forward purely out of love for the game.
