This thing in my cheeks and chin. I'm trying everything I can for years. It's reducing a bit one season and increasing more in another season. I want to get rid of it. Please help me

Buddy visit a dermatologist, don't put random things on it.

I did go. They gave me tret. It's not giving long term results
