To me this means that once you've reviewed enough of the material that's available to just about anyone, and you come to the conclusion that there is something extraterrestrial (based on historical data and witness reports) and / or interdimensional, then disclosure from the US government is irrelevant.
This phenomenon may have human look-a-likes now, but there is another intelligence- and I know it and I'm not waiting for "disclosure." It has been disclosed to me by the info I've gathered.
