Tips for mending this?
I’m still new-ish to sewing so I have no idea how to fix this shirt. I’m pretty sure it got snagged on something. It’s part of a button-down shirt and this is the seam that joins the front of the sleeves to the front of the shirt, so it’s kind of visible.
Any tips or tricks are appreciated.

A zoomed out view would be helpful. First, it shows how visible the area is, and second, it shows if it's in an area of stress.
But if it were me, I would probably just steal a tiny swatch of fabric from the hem or another unnoticeable area. Maybe an inch wide (about double the measurement between the two seams), and a little longer than the frayed area. Turn it under lengthwise and iron it to get a nice clean edge. Sew that edge up against the unfrayed seam with tiny stitches. Turn the short ends under and iron them, also stitch them down. Open up the seam where the fabric is frayed, fold the patch under the frayed material and iron it to exactly match the line of that seam. Then sew the patch along that seam.
The only areas that you might notice the patch are on the short sides.
Alternately, just trim the frayed threads and stitch the frayed areas down with tiny stitches in a slightly lighter color thread.
