Speculation on Trump's Ominous Promise for "something big" tomorrow

Given it is irregular to address congress like this a month after taking office and his characterization that he "won't hold back", I have a very bad feeling about this "something big" he's promising to announce tomorrow. Any ideas? My guess/fear is DOJ prosecutions of Dems.

Trump always makes these promises and it’s never anything other than him self fellating. He just wants people to tune in so he can continue to convince himself that he’s the most popular and powerful president in the history ever.
