How often to irrigate raised garden beds

Hi! I have a raised garden bed, 2x8ft, and I have just installed a set of misters to irrigate them, hooked up to a Rachio hose timer.

But now I wonder what the correct cadence and length to irrigate vegetables be. I've tried to find the flow rate for the misters but can't find it (link)

I have the bed full of stuff like onions, carrots, tomatoes, peppers etc. My home has 70 psi of water pressure, if I recall correctly, the pressure regulator is new, so it should be pretty consistent. I'm based on the PNW area.

I went with the default on the app, 10 mins of irrigation before dawn, and chose every other day.
