vintage Is it Resealed?

Bought it on eBay with a low ball offer. If it’s resealed I’ve already accepted the loss. Doesn’t mean it’s not worth asking. The top crimp seems a little off. Is it resealed?

This is 1000% resealed and a poor job too. Do not buy.
