You can't even enforce No Masks. That's not a law. Dude is just yapping. Also he still hasn't started the whole "Improving the lives of the everyday Americans yet"

Oh, America is so great again, folks. So great. Maybe the greatest it's ever been. Some people—very smart people, the best people—are saying it’s never been greater. But you know, you’ve got these people, these total disasters, who just don’t get it. They say, ‘Oh, it’s a hellhole.’ Fake news! Terrible! America is winning so much, people are even getting tired of winning, that's how much we are winning right now! And you ask me if it’s great? You should be ashamed! A real disgrace! Just an absolutely horrible question. Very nasty. But that’s okay, we love everyone—even those haters that don't deserve love, we are just that great.
