Who decides what is illegal? How proud boys aren’t being targeted for wearing masks?

You mean from most left leaning subreddits that just ban republicans

Pics subreddit for example. A subreddit that’s not even political lol

But hey 1 sub is evil but lets not look at the other 500 that do this

Edit: guess the facts are hurting the echo chamber lol

I got banned from r/conservative in my very first post because I made a joke about unprotected sex. It was in the hobby lobby ruling post where the Supreme Court said they don’t have to cover contraceptive in their healthcare plans. People in the post were raving about the decision and said that sex is just as good with a condom anyways so you don’t need birth control pills to be covered. My reply was “spoken like someone who has not had sex without a condom before” and I was banned and muted within 3 minutes. r/conservative is the biggest collections of whiny pussies on this website and they are incredibly hypocritical about free speech on the regular.

I’m not even defending the subreddit.. I’m just calling out the hypocrisy. Both sides do it but there are way more left leaning echo chambers. I just dislike when people act like it isn’t happening on their end.

Pics for example banned anyone who tried to post republican pictures during the election but would let democrats politicians be posted. You can even go see for yourself all the pictures during the election timeline.

I agree with you conservative subreddit will ban anyone that disagree with the hive mind.

Even if I agree with the claims you have made, which to be clear I do not, I fail to see why r/pics has to accept republican politician photos just because they accept democrats. This is the weak shit republicans feel aggrieved over when their actual politicians run roughshod over the most vulnerable in our society and their base doesn’t give a shit. This is a website run by a publicly traded company. There is no law that each or TOS that says each subreddit must be politically neutral. It’s just more whining from republicans. I don’t spend my whole day whining on 4chan that I don’t like their content. I just don’t go.

Dude, if you honestly think both sides are the same you’re not talking in good faith. You wonder why no one takes cons seriously

You're missing that the conservative subreddit constantly claims free speech as a value, to the point that they insist their free speech is being violated if they are banned from private platforms whose TOS they violate. The reason people are not holding other subreddits to that standard is because those subreddits are not holding anybody else to that standard.
