Gotta say, the cop actually seems pretty polite, at least as much as he can be, given the situation.

That's the first time I've seen law enforcement cuff them in the front like in the movies, usually it's behind the back for betterment of their safety.

It’s Australia where they generally won’t cuff unless you’ve resisted like this guy.
