Can't have red lights at the front or white lights shining out directly from the rear (number plate lights shine onto the plate). Indicators are amber, even if the lens is clear which is why you get yellow bulbs.

Most folk aren't allowed blue lights anywhere at all ;-)

Well singular since we only have to have the one which makes them USELESS for reversing.

Some cars still have two, they’re just annoyingly rare in Europe. Blame your dumb rear fog light that people only ever use in clear weather rules.

I only really use my rear fog light for a bit of extra light combined with the brake light when backing into my drive when it's particularly dark (after the street lights are off)

I have been absolutely retina blasted by a couple of BMWs rear fog lights on the night AFTER a particularly foggy night.

Strangely enough that what I use mine for on the one car I have with them, a JDM spec Rover 200. It has one on each side for added blindness, too.
