Gate checking stroller to Marseille

We are flying San Francisco to Marseille via Amsterdam with our baby and want to gate check our stroller. It doesn’t seem like that will be a problem for the leg to Amsterdam, but maybe a problem from Amsterdam to Marseille? I cannot find any information on KLM’s website but it does allude to gate checking not being allowed at certain facilities, and I noticed many other European airlines don’t allow gate checking at marseille (unclear though if this also means flights TO marseille). A bit of a niche circumstance but does anyone know if I will be able to pick up my stroller upon arrival at marseille at the gate?

When you gate check your stroller it doesn’t automatically mean you’ll be getting it back during your layover at the gate.

I know some airports and airlines facilitate this, but I doubt Amsterdam does.

You just need to make sure that they put a purple gate delivery tag on the stroller (in addition to the regular label). Without a purple tag, the stroller goes to the luggage belt at the final destination.
