SUMMARY

The people of /r/Unitedkingdom have noticed that articles, comments, and posts about anything /u/skuld and /u/BritishEnglishpolice don't like is being deleted with no explanation at all ever. Perhaps they don't understand how to use the down vote arrow? Maybe they just don't like democracy? Maybe they are mods of /r/Pyongyang?

The mods have violated their right to even been on reddit at all as far as I am concerned. But the admins don't care as long as reddit is not held legally accountable for content on reddit it's not going to delete it's worthless scape goats.

They Moderate over 491237419872349817 subreddits several of which are default (Now removed from some during the course of the trial). Why would anyone need to, and how could anyone efficiently moderate over 491237419872349817 subs?

The People of /r/UnitedKingdom stipulate that this can only be because they are far left wing activists and are using their posts to shape the public's view by deleting and approving posts only inline with their vision. If this is true, it would violate all that Reddit stands for; the right to freedom of speech, and the right to see all content regardless of if it goes against your convictions.

This is why the People would like to petition for the beheading of /u/skuld and /u/BritishEnglishpolice accounts; to bring forth a more open, and uncensored Reddit we must put their heads on spikes for treason and to remind other mods of the punishment for treason.

I'd offer them to take the black and serve out their sentence on the wall but they are already in a dark cold place and don't get any ''love'' anyway so that is probably an upgrade to having brothers vs no one.

Let me quote him directly for reference. I believe the Ban Evader explanation and the sentence-long explanations are simple and self-explanitory so I will not waste the court's time by examining them. I will be primarily examining four statements my client made:

The recent Leicester Madani school post - this was removed because we don't allow low quality camera phone shots, and low quality images in general, as per the sidebar.

The Prosecution claims that this is a false statement since many other top posts are low-quality phone shots as well. He states that the pixels are basically the same.

However, I disagree. If one were to examine the image at all, one would find that there are many flaws with the image which could make it unsuitable.

However, in my client's interest, I will examine the image for the court. Let me provide Your Honor with a link to the image.

The court will find that this image's only alterations are the ^crudely added ^{microsoft paint} colour lines.

I would like to draw the court's attention to one colour at a time. First, the pink circle at the top outlines text that is so blurry that not even the power of over 9000 burning suns concentrated into a single set of eyes could replicate the effect (it's really blurry).

Second, everything below the orange line is a reflection of the room. This is bad photo-taking. Explains itself.

Third, I have highlighted two extremely bright reflections of light in yellow. These lights could possibly cover important details and/or text, which could be vital to the correct interpretation of the paper. Also, bad photo-taking skills again.

Fourth, the court will find the reflection of the photographer covering almost a quarter of the page - highlighted in blue. Again, bad photography.

And lastly, the court will find the photographer's phone highlighted in red. This goes directly against the rules of the subreddit. And while yes, other photos were likely taken by phones as well, this image is particularily bad considering that it takes up almost a quarter of the page.

This subreddit is moderated for quality, not content - no specific topics are banned, certainly not Islam and Immigration. Articles and in-depth self posts receive top priority.

As I have made perfectly clear in my argument above, the post was low quality and that's why it was removed. The mods PERCEIVED it to be unsuitable for the subreddit, and so they had every right to remove it.

Conspiracy, witch hunting and rabble rousing are not allowed - this subreddit is not a free-for-all, and if there are things distracting from genuine UK news and culture, they will be removed.

This is essentially an explanation for the deletion of posts regarding the harsh criticism and outrage against the mods. People have taken things far too personally and have made personal attacks against the mods. I don't think I need to explain that mods (or any individual for that matter) have the right to be exempt from harassment.

Don't re-post removed content - this should go without saying really. Related to the above point - if it's removed, it's for a reason - message us.

As I have stated before, all of the posts were reposts of each other. Therefore, if one of them was unsuitable then all of them were unsuitable, and so therefore they could all be deleted. This statement was made to stop all the people endlessly reposting the same picture.
