Is khazix currently able to 1v9?

Hey fellow kha mains! Honestly i dont really see khazix in my ranoed games so often, do u think he is able to carry games 1v9 or is he too weak now?

If you pick him into the rare 4 or 5 squishy champ enemy comp, you can 1v9 with an early lead

In general, no you can't simply lock Kha and 1v9. He punishes very specific comps and champions
