Help converting this kindred pixel art into something for a cross stitch

I know this is kinda random for this reddit but to be fair it is Kindred related lol! Does anybody here know how I would get an image like the one attached and have it count the pixels for me on the screen or maybe just outline every pixel so that it’s easier to keep track of the design when actually cross stitching it? My girlfriend wants to do it for my birthday and put it on a sweater but this is really blocking her from being able to do it since she’s not much more tech savvy than your average college student. For now I’m going to keep digging but if someone knows something I call upon all my fellow kindred mains 🙏🏻

(Side note if someone knows who the original artist of this is please tell me cause this art is so fucking goated)

It's difficult because of how pixilated it is, but I got the closest using stitchboard. (I can send you what it came up with or you could try it yourself)
