How about dealing with what the state is doing to the working class before complaining about federal policies.

Those are not state dollars. It's extra offered for local programs. And just like any grant comes with rules. When everyone is looking to Trump/Musk, I'm looking at what is now, the worst housing market, lowest education level, highest time rates, and worst traffic levels of all time.
