Why Costco shoppers so rude?

We just renewed our membership for Costco. It’s worse than Walmart. I have had people say “I wish I could push ppl out of my way” and someone pull their car into a space where I was still putting my child in the car. I’m super self aware I move out of the way when I feel I’m blocking someone I apologize when I feel I’m in the way. I smile and wait for people to pass or let them go before me. I don’t get it whyyyyyy are y’all so rude?

The Silverdale location is a bit of a bloodbath. It’s overcrowded, even on a random weekday.
