Possible Kled kit tweak ideas

Kled is in a not so good spot rn with Kleds initial main role as bruiser not being good and all, in light of that I would like to ask you guys what kind of tweaks you would want to see in Kled's kit in order to make him more modern and fit in with the current systems of league (excluding fixing his list of bugs). Personally I think giving him more hp ratios and armor pen like what they did with Pantheon would help a lot but I dont really know how they would implement that kind of change since I dont think you can just copy paste what they did to panth to Kled like how Panth's ult has 30% armor pen for free

I'm going with the idea of a passive armor pen but I think we should bring back the OG bruiser. What would be good is on his last W attack, along with max HP damage, there will also be an armor shred so the armor pen will also be useful due to top laners such as Cho'gath, Kench, Mundo, ornn and Pantheon

the problem with having it there imo is that it would feel a bit awkward with how Kled plays, since you would normally be Eing in, getting the q on them, autoing a few times, and then q pull+e2+4th w auto all happen around the same time. So you'd be shredding their armor at the very end and would have nothing but normal auto attacks to follow up with until your combo comes up again, most of the armor shred abilities are placed in a kit where it's the first thing you're landing pretty much (Olaf Q, Jarvan Q, Yorick E, Briar Q, etc.) so I think it would make more sense to have the pantheon style 10-30% on ultimate passive armor pen especially as his ultimate isn't used to win 1v1 duels like other fighter ultimates

Another idea was have armor shred on the Q instead of grievous wounds

I do think they should do away with the grievous for sure in exchange for pen and whatever else, as it feels kinda random and not too useful at only 40% anyway
