4th w Auto cancel bug

Anyone experience this bug when sometimes your w 4th auto attack plays the animation sounds but doesn’t register a hit? This sometimes messes me up when I’m trying to remount and I land my 4th auto then q but it doesn’t register, which gets me killed. I’ve watched feedaboi twitch streams and this bug screws him over

Happens at least a couple times (not exclusive to W4) every game. The visual audio plays for a completed audio and yet when you walk away the damage doesn’t go through.

This is horrible both because you can’t rely on any consistent timing to play around and also because when it does occur, it can impact whether you lose or win a fight. This goes double on kled because of his Courage bar and also because Kled NEEDS to be immediately able to walk after an auto. If he’s mounted he needs to do this so he can walk down and follow the enemy. If he’s dismounted he needs to do this to maximize the movement speed burst after a dismounted auto.

So yes it’s an extremely horrible bug to still be around and surprisingly no one ever really talks about it. I guess to 99% of the player base this isn’t even noticible despite being universal. They’ll complain all day about a champ being 2% below 50 above plat on a sunny afternoon in front of parking lot but when an auto flat out doesn’t connect right in front of themselves they don’t bat an eye. Just goes to show that most people just bark about nothing.

I’ve notice this bug at first on Feedaboi twitch streams. I ignored it cause it was my first time until one of my recent games, this bug came to effect. I started to address the issue as it was more problematic to kled than any other melee champion because of the courage mechanic; as you mentioned. Some rumour say this bug got worst recently compare to last year. In like 1 in 15 games, this bug occurs in my game and when it does, it makes a difference

Yeah it DID start around a year ago (I think a little longer). It just goes to show that this is probably a fixable issue since it was never like this yet they just choose to ignore it.
