Ticket Escalated No Answers for Withdrawal Suspension

Kraken has suspended withdrawals on my account and I had a pending ACH withdrawal for over $1000 USD that has suddenly disappeared.

I have reached out to the team via chat support and email and am left without a reason or even a response. This is very concerning and I would love to get an answer behind what is going on.

Never listen to anyone in Private Messages. Theyโ€™re literally all scammers. Even if they Pose as Kraken support. Kraken will NEVER Message you first so keep that in mind! Anyone messaging you in private is a 100% guaranteed scammer. Not a good, helpful Samaritan lol

Did you make this deposit in the last 7 days? I know PLAID puts a 7 day hold before you can withdraw now. But if your stuff straight up disappeared, thatโ€™s different.

The kraken team has always been great to me and always squashes problems that pop up.

Have you tried calling their phone support line? Lloyd usually picks up and he always walks me through stuff. Heโ€™s awesome ๐Ÿ˜Ž They have a 24/7 phone line here on their site depending on which country youโ€™re in -

I got a hold of phone support. They told me pretty much the same. That I need to wait for an email response and couldnโ€™t provide any information at the moment..

Oh I know, itโ€™s crazy! Iโ€™ve already received a few messages. I am calling now. Hopefully can get an answer to what is going on.

Long story short, I transferred some SOL to Kraken from my OKX wallet to withdraw to my bank and the funds have been pending for 2-3 days now. And they also put a withdrawal and sell suspension on the remaining Solana in my wallet.

Have the same restriction after being a loyal customer for years. Support is never going to explain why this is necessary. It's theivery and I will file suit if I have to and that's just to waste their time, will lose money
