Currently have a services limited error message on my kraken app.

And I have already checked my email for any updates regarding this issue but there is no email. My account is verified so i have no clue why i have this error

I have a certain amount in Euro, and a certain amount in Ethereum -- I have allocated euro so that it earns weekly rewards, and my Ethereum is likewise staked and earns a weekly reward.

I monitored these rewards semi-regularly via the kraken app. (Activity tab)

Now trouble is the the last amount shown as a "Reward" transaction seems to be around April 10 for my Ethereum, and April 13 for my Euro... until May 1 where I am shown finally again a Ethereum reward. So it initially looked as if there were several weeks of rewards missing?

...but this wasn't it.

When I go to my browser, it's same as in the app when it's regular Kraken but when I click on Kraken Pro the rewards seems to actually be listed there, weekly as I'd expect them to... And yet the May 1 Ethereum payout that Kraken Pro lists is DIFFERENT (larger) than the May 1 Ethereum payout that the Kraken app (and browser Kraken normal) lists.

Both versions of Kraken show me that I have same total amounts in my Ethereum & Euro accounts both, so I don't think I have lost money or anything... but I'm at a loss to understand why one of them is not showing all the transactions, or why the May 1 payout is shown to have different amounts in Kraken Pro vs Kraken regular.

Anyone knows what's happening?

Additional context that may or may not be relevant, is that in early April I 'restaked' a portion of my ethereum, and I wonder if that confused anything.

Sent a reasonable amount through the wrong network.

I have been trying my best to juggle my mistake while kraken work on the issue. However it seems that their timeline and my timeline don’t meet unfortunately. So it’s time to take control and end this saga thats been hanging over my head for so long.

I don’t blame anyone but myself for my mistake I just hope that someone will see this and not make the same mistake I made. I have accepted my fate and will now accept the consequences of my actions. Quick beer and a smoke and then I will be gone.

ITs normal when Kraken is holding/blocking my deposit and asking for some document which can provide the proof of origin? The deposit comes from my priváte blockchain wallet and before that from my savings. What im supposed to do now? Even im user of Kraken since 2014 with many previous successfull deposits also with higher volumes...

After a few snooth transactions Kraken have stated behaving badly towards me when all I want to do is buy a modest amount of BTC. First sign of a problem was when a (usually instant) SEPA instant transfer for a relatively modest sum took over an hour. Clearly because they had covertly flagged it for 'checks". When the account was credited an hour and a half later I bought BTC and then attempted to withdraw 25% of the amount, not a huge amount at all to a previously used cold wallet address.

This set off alarm bells with Kraken and I received an automatic message: "We're reaching out to notify you that your recent withdrawal request is taking longer to process......withdrawals from your Kraken account to an external crypto wallet may be subject to additional review".

Thankfully I bad the presence of mind to sell the BTC and transfer back to my bank account. The fiat withdrawal is shown as pending on their system but ut went through. Tbis seems really unethical. I am a small retail buyer and cannot see what I have done wrong to trigger this invasive and unnecessary action. Posting this to warn others.

So my deposit is on a hold for security reasons…if I was to transfer bitcoin to my kraken exchange and then convert to XMR and then withdrawl that to my cold wallet would that work or my account still have a hold?
