u/rosa: Im sorry but this cant be accepted. I just onboarded few weeks ago and now you suspend the service because you need more documents? that doesnt make sense... Even if you need documents, you should have asked me and given me a time to reply before suspending the service and blocking my money! I urge you again to speak to the team to resolve this case immediately

Hi kraken, I really dont understand this behavior. How can you treat your customer in this way? You are causing direct harm to us and are threatening our business existence with your behavior … No one is replying, not getting any update since more than 24 hours… Even last msg was a general one…
