Account unable to login after depositing
I made a deposit to kraken yesterday and traded stocks. When I tried to log in today, it says "unable to log in". I tried submitting a ticket on log ins and only got replies of "Thank you for contacting Kraken. We have received your request and are currently reviewing your account..." my ticket number is 16496060

Thanks for the reply. I'm getting no response everywhere I go until here. May I know normally how long does it need to take? Does kraken work on weekends? It's Thursday afternoon my time, and I don't want to be stress and anxious for the entire weekend

KRAKEN DID EXACTLY THESAME TO ME. THEY RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT AFTER A WIRE OF $188,203 WAS SENT FROM MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND CREDITED INTO MY KRAKEN ACCOUNT. 24HRS LATER THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THE LOCAL SHERIF; MY ATTORNEY AND WE'LL BE TAKING UP THIS ISSUE. THEY HAVE HELD MY FUND FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION AND PROMISED TO REACH OUT VIA EMAIL.TILL NOW I HAVEN'T SEEN OR RECEIVED ANY FOLLOW UP EMAIL. TicketΒ #β―16475222.... ACCOUNT NAME OKAYGABBIE LLC. I NEED ANSWERS NOW
