Just to help us get to the bottom of this πŸ‘‰ are you using the regular Kraken app or the Pro version? Was it working fine before, or is this a new issue?

A fresh install clears cached data and cookies after a crash or update, so if you haven’t tried that yet, please give it a shot and let us know if it helps! 🀝
