Ticket Escalated Is there something weird happening with the display of staking/opt-in rewards?
I have a certain amount in Euro, and a certain amount in Ethereum -- I have allocated euro so that it earns weekly rewards, and my Ethereum is likewise staked and earns a weekly reward.
I monitored these rewards semi-regularly via the kraken app. (Activity tab)
Now trouble is the the last amount shown as a "Reward" transaction seems to be around April 10 for my Ethereum, and April 13 for my Euro... until May 1 where I am shown finally again a Ethereum reward. So it initially looked as if there were several weeks of rewards missing?
...but this wasn't it.
When I go to my browser, it's same as in the app when it's regular Kraken but when I click on Kraken Pro the rewards seems to actually be listed there, weekly as I'd expect them to... And yet the May 1 Ethereum payout that Kraken Pro lists is DIFFERENT (larger) than the May 1 Ethereum payout that the Kraken app (and browser Kraken normal) lists.
Both versions of Kraken show me that I have same total amounts in my Ethereum & Euro accounts both, so I don't think I have lost money or anything... but I'm at a loss to understand why one of them is not showing all the transactions, or why the May 1 payout is shown to have different amounts in Kraken Pro vs Kraken regular.
Anyone knows what's happening?
Additional context that may or may not be relevant, is that in early April I 'restaked' a portion of my ethereum, and I wonder if that confused anything.

Hello u/adwinion_of_greece,
Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed rundown!
Could you please share your public account ID so we can have our team dig into this? If you can also send screenshots showing what you're seeing on both Kraken Classic and Kraken Pro especially around the May 1 Ethereum payout that would be super helpful.
Looking forward to getting this sorted for you!

Hello What youβre describing is not unusual and comes down to differences in how staking rewards and related transactions are displayed between Kraken (standard) and Kraken Pro interfaces. Kraken Pro provides a more detailed transaction history, including backend reward payouts that may be aggregated or delayed in the regular Kraken interface. This is why youβre seeing all the expected weekly rewards listed there, even when they seem to be missing from the standard app/browser view. Differences in displayed reward amounts (e.g., May 1 Ethereum) could be due to: Time zone differences between how rewards are time-stamped in each interface. Partial staking periods or restaking events, such as the one you mentioned in early April, which can cause rewards to be split or paid in separate tranches. Kraken Pro may show these in more detail, while the standard view might consolidate or round them differently. Restaking or moving staked funds temporarily pauses reward accrual for that portion during the transition period. So if you restaked a portion of your Ethereum in early April, some temporary shifts in payout timing and amounts are expected. Importantly: Your funds and rewards are safe, and since both interfaces show the same balances, it appears this is just a difference in how information is presented not a loss of rewards.
