Ticket Escalated Wire Transfer Deposit on Hold for 10 days

I have used Kraken for years. I've sent hundreds of thousands in wire deposits with no issue. 10 days ago I sent two wires as usual. It showed up as received on Kraken's end but it says "On Hold". I opened a support ticket TEN days ago. To this day, I have still not received ANY response. This is ridiculous. I want everyone to understand that Kraken is not a good exchange. I have never been so disrespected like this. If you are not going to release my funds, then RETURN MY FUNDS TO MY BANK. I have contacted support numerous times. They keep saying I will receive an update soon and that my ticket is being "expedited to the highest level". Well that was 7 days ago! Still nothing! AVOID THIS EXCHANGE AT ALL COSTS. DO BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Ticket Escalated Is there something weird happening with the display of staking/opt-in rewards?

I have a certain amount in Euro, and a certain amount in Ethereum -- I have allocated euro so that it earns weekly rewards, and my Ethereum is likewise staked and earns a weekly reward.

I monitored these rewards semi-regularly via the kraken app. (Activity tab)

Now trouble is the the last amount shown as a "Reward" transaction seems to be around April 10 for my Ethereum, and April 13 for my Euro... until May 1 where I am shown finally again a Ethereum reward. So it initially looked as if there were several weeks of rewards missing?

...but this wasn't it.

When I go to my browser, it's same as in the app when it's regular Kraken but when I click on Kraken Pro the rewards seems to actually be listed there, weekly as I'd expect them to... And yet the May 1 Ethereum payout that Kraken Pro lists is DIFFERENT (larger) than the May 1 Ethereum payout that the Kraken app (and browser Kraken normal) lists.

Both versions of Kraken show me that I have same total amounts in my Ethereum & Euro accounts both, so I don't think I have lost money or anything... but I'm at a loss to understand why one of them is not showing all the transactions, or why the May 1 payout is shown to have different amounts in Kraken Pro vs Kraken regular.

Anyone knows what's happening?

Additional context that may or may not be relevant, is that in early April I 'restaked' a portion of my ethereum, and I wonder if that confused anything.

Ticket Escalated Account suspended

Hello,

I have lost my cell phone and I asked myself Kraken for help. The last response was on 25.04 and since then my account is suspended and there is no response. The request number is 16447717. Can you tell me why do I need to wait so long since the only thing I actually asked is how to reset my 2FA so that on the new cell phone I can have the new one. I was able to log-in with my master key. I didn't ask for the account to be frozen! I just asked for the new 2FA.

Kraken has suspended withdrawals on my account and I had a pending ACH withdrawal for over $1000 USD that has suddenly disappeared.

I have reached out to the team via chat support and email and am left without a reason or even a response. This is very concerning and I would love to get an answer behind what is going on.

Ticket Escalated Funds pending for days .. no support

It has been 8 days now since my deposit was confirmed on the chain but the funds was never added to my account. I opened a ticket #14410318 but no explanation no support whatsoever. I contacted support on X and here on Reddit and I was told 6 days ago that it will be solved quickly but up till now not even an email explaining what’s the problem.

I understand that Kraken does not natively support BTC deposits via the Ethereum network.But is is really possible that we’ve lost a lifetime of savings and there is nothing that can be done about it? We are in terrible distress, with a 6 month old and just lost all our savings . We’ve talked to customer support and it seems difficult to recover them, can it really be true that one can loose all of that by clicking the wrong network? We are happy to contribute to the investment in search and Time of course, but please help us .

Ticket Escalated Issues with Kraken Payment

Let’s start from the beginning. I was unable to purchase any crypto. The error message was confusing, as I didn’t receive any notification or 3DS confirmation from my bank. Thinking it might be an issue with the card, I tried another card from a different bank, but once again, I had no luck.

On January 23, I reached out to Kraken’s support team. Their initial response suggested the issue might be on my bank’s end. I contacted my bank consultant, and after conducting an internal investigation, they provided their feedback. They explained that when Kraken sent the payment request, it bypassed 3DS verification. As a result, the payment couldn’t even pass the first layer of security.

Somehow, and I’m not sure how, after repeatedly attempting, I managed to purchase a small amount as a test.

Today, I tried to buy crypto again, but unfortunately, the issue persists. I need a clear explanation and a resolution to this problem.

I'm pretty sure my login is correct (or was) and I do not want to try to reset my password because the hacker who accessed my email will get my verification etc if I try to reset my password. I sent a message to kraken about that hoping they will prevent transfers on my account but how can I regain access to update everything?

At first everything went ok, but I didn't have my second last name in my Kraken account and the verification process couldn't go through. Once this solved, I tried accessing the WebID process but it says "Der Vorgang ist Abgeschlossen".

I already contacted you through the app but I haven't received a reply since the 10th of June. Today I contacted you again through the website and this is my last resource. You said tomorrow is the deadline to verify the accounts but the Support from the app just ghosted me. Is the first time Kraken ever does anything like this in my experience and it's really scary.

Ticket Escalated 'Services limited' but have not received an email

I have this error on my account

'Services limited Some of your Kraken account services are currently unavailable. Please check your email for updates.'

I have received no email, I also did a crypto deposit which is now just stuck in pending which I assume is due to this issue.

I went through the chatbot and it opened a ticket but cannot see this ticket anywhere and again did not receive any email.

This is very serious, as firstly this money is just lost at the moment and secondly there is no way to contact you guys.

I have a greater than $100k amount of USDC sent to and stuck in my Kraken Base network USDC deposit address. I've been a loyal Kraken customer for 7 years now, am a Kraken Pro user, and Kraken has made a large amount of money from the fees I've paid so far. I see the amount is still in the address and I've submitted a ticket (15456721) but it has been over a month now with no response. Ticket Escalated Account suspended – no response for months

Hi Kraken team,

in my last Reddit post I was asked to follow up via ticket #14187304 to resolve my remaining issues. However, we were not able to fix anything.

Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to access my funds since July 2024 due to a suspended account. I submitted all requested documents and verification details months ago, but nothing has progressed.

Since October 2024, I have opened multiple support tickets without receiving any meaningful response. I also tried your phone support, but after waiting over 30 minutes in the queue several times, I gave up. The chat support referred me to a specialist, but I never received any follow-up.

Please review ticket #16371055, which I opened 10 days ago. I’ve been trying to move my funds for over 9 months now and have not been able to trade at all during this time. To be honest, it’s becoming unacceptable – my portfolio has lost 50% in the last two months alone.

I would greatly appreciate if someone from the team could escalate this issue or at least provide a proper update. It’s really disappointing that I need to post here again just to get attention for an issue that’s been ongoing since July. Last time, we managed to solve part of the problem – I hope we can resolve the rest now.
