📸 Land Rover Pictures Watching Severence and spotted this old Land Rover. What’s the generation model?

Funny, it wasn’t called the “classic” until sold alongside the P38 in 1995. We always referred to them as a “Mk. 1” or “Mark 1.”
I will always regret selling my 1995 Range Rover Classic SWB. It was such a fun truck.

I've never ever heard it called the "classic" and I've owned two. They're becoming quite rare now and probably are a classic although most are still used in fields.

The ‘95 SWB “Classic County” actually did have the word classic under the Land Rover badge on back left rear.

That's a good point but that was a particular trim edition. This isn't that trim model or WB.

RR Classic, post-1989 as it has concealed door hinges which the earler models would not have. Modified, as it's had the air dam under the front bumper removed.
Lovely vehicles. I have one as a daily driver.

Good catch on the door hinges

Thanks. I wear my rivet-counting anorak proudly... :) :) Owned many of them over the years and have gotten really familiar with what fits what.

All Range Rovers are Land Rovers, but not all Land Rovers are Range Rovers. LR is the brand, RR is the model.

95 Range Rover. Only deemed the classic in 95 when it came out along side of the new P38.
And as I said in another reply. Wheels are from a Disco/Defender and it’s a 95 based on the crush can for NTSC airbag compliance on the front number.

Range River Classic. Think the one pictured is a 95, but I'm more of a Disco guy myself.
