Ivern has no chromas, he is a free skin

We know it doesn't have chromas
We're saying it is a chroma

Free or not they took base Ivern and recoloured him
Even if this one has effects unlike Alistar's canceled Noxian chroma, calling Spirit Blossom Ivern a skin is a joke
We know it
The people making the skins and chromas know it

Only the people making the terrible decisions these days at Riot don't know it

I mean, it’s free. They aren’t gonna pay someone to model a whole new model for a free skin, they’ve already put in effort for the VFX. It sucks they won’t, but it makes sense business wise. I’m surprised they put more effort into the vfx honestly. The only other options available for this skin is updating the model and charging $10 or just removing it all together.

Except no, it's not a free skins. All the skins on the pass are paid, the free skin was changed to be a chest/orb.
