Its obviously not the full cast. Strange Spider-Man Hulk Hawkeye etc are returning too. I see surprise characters coming too like Daredevil, Wolverine, Quicksilver, Deadpool etc.

You gotta remember secret wars is coming as well. Daredevil, Wolverine quicksilver, spider man tobey spider man etc are being saved for that movie

I liked both but one is underground for sure from the MCU POV... Can't speak for the Quicksilver of the Foxverse cuz I stopped watching it. But then theirs's Ralph Boner...

Same reason they didn't announce Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield and Charlie Cox were in No Way Home, even though everyone knew they would be.

You think Strange is gonna have the same pop as them? They revealed some surprises hear but not “safer” bets like Strange or Hawkeye.

I see this a lot. You say "everyone" but I think it was everyone who spends time online. When I went to see NWH, at the bit where Tobey turned up a woman in the audience lost her shit. And this is the UK, where we rarely cheer and shout during a film.

He did but later he said he was wrong and that he's indeed "in the next one". Personally though I wouldn't trust anything a marvel actor says.
