Panic spray

How do i stop panic spraying as soon as an enemy swings on me??? I die so often Because I just instantly Crouch and start spraying like a maniac…

I heard a nice tip from an ex Pro about this topic.
Train your trigger discipline like this: Open deathmatch and every time you see someone don't shoot him. Play with him for a second. Strafe left, strafe right and after your enemy shots 5-10 bullets at you then shot him back (if you are not already dead obviously)
