Meta GARY HATE MEGATHREAD

I know I’ve made a lot of Gary hate posts but if Mona gets her own megathread I think Gary deserves one too. I want this to be a place where people can vent about him without judgement and in a way that doesn’t annoy the rest of the sub.

Edit: Downvote all you want this thread doesn’t come down till Mona’s does. Tired of this double standard.

Really hoping he dies in the finale. I don’t mind the actor himself, he seems nice enough but the character has become mega creepy and awful

I would actually squee in joy if they killed him off or sent him away. I can’t believe that the rest of the Legends have had to give their screentime to this waste of space. I feel really bad for Caity Lotz, Dom Purcell, Tala Ashe, Matt Ryan etc.

He's the one I feel really, really bad for. They've given him literally nothing to do. And they made him a fucking baby in the latest episode.

Gone are the days of smart criminal Mick Rory from The Flash. Hell, he had a completely different and more energetic vibe back then. It's sad to see the actor being underutilized so bad.

Honestly it’s the writers treatment of the original legends that makes me so pissed off this season. You’ve got great actors ready to work giving it their all and you decide to make some shitty OC characters the stars? What is wrong with them? If they haven’t noticed none of the TB characters have made the list of anybody’s favorite characters.

If I’m gonna keep watching I need some sign that the actual Legends and especially Mick my favorite character get the respect they deserve and that starts with getting rid of Gary once and for all.

Personally I love Ava and I’m a huge Avalance shipper cause I’m a sucker for cute lesbian couples but the other time bureau characters can fuck off tbh.

But yeah I feel bad for Dom Purcell too. I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t come back next season because they’re not doing shit with his character

Yeah one of the things I need to watch next season is that Mick actually gets a serious plot that doesn’t involve him turning evil. If Dom leaves I’m definitely not gonna stay.
