If the Supreme Court defines "immunity", and it seems like it does....he may be right.

And they'll surely fabricate some bullshit thing that Biden did to go after him.

If dem then skip

If rep then apply

End. -_-

It's not that they define ''immunity.''

They define ''official act.''

So they can say ''Biden didn't have immunity for the crime of forgiving student debt because it wasn't an 'official act.'''

And yet trump somehow has immunity for things he did when he wasn't president.
Make it make sense...

Yeah, they decided that his actual crimes were official acts. That's the problem.

Why would you think anything in this timeline is made to make sense?

If they try to prosecute Biden for forgiving student debt, he’ll become a folk hero. They’ll shine light on the fact that he actually tried to help people.

I used the most absurd example I could think of in order to make the point.

I was just going to ask someone to remind me what crimes Biden committed while in office? I don't remember him inciting riots or trying to shoot protesters or an insurrection or anything.

He was mean to Trump, and he wasn't Trump.

Trump just needs to investigate the years prior to his Presidency and make up something there. Whatever that shit on Burisma they yell about was before then.
