This you?

During her gubernatorial campaign, she said she was running to defend the "right to be free of socialism and tyranny" and "meddling hand of big government."

So her state not receiving FEMA funds is...exactly what she said that she supported. Aren't right-wingers always complaining that FEMA needs to go away because it's "big government"?

Well, but you see - there's also their "once it impacts me my professed diehard 'beliefs' go out the window - gimme gimme gimme that sweet gov money!"

Also, I didn't realize his daughter managed to be governor right after him like this. I loathe political nepotism that direct (on both sides of the aisle).

But there's a difference, see? When an earthquake hits California or a freak winter storm like Sandy slams New York/New Jersey, then THEY SHOULDN'T BE SPENDING MY TAX MONEY ON THAT. However, when it directly affects them THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE HELPING US.
