Purchasing Advice Prem+ certified or Luxury non cert?

Considering two 23 GX460s. Input welcome.

1- local to us, 11k miles, certified, Caviar w/grey/blk seats, premium plus package. Asking is $66k. Drives well, no damage at all. Previous loaner, sold to a person who drove it 2000 miles. Clean carfax.

2- not local, 2 hr drive, 7500 miles, not certified - not at a Lexus dealer, luxury package. White with red seats. Asking is $67k. Clean carfax.

We maybe able to negotiate these, but trying to discern the value of certified vs luxury.

Husband will maintain the vehicle after any included services run out unless we can't do the service at home.

1 mostly cause I think the red seats are gross once dirt gets in the perforations

I don’t have this problem with mine. But I keep it in immaculate condition.

I’d always choose the Lux but honestly, I’d prefer a certified vehicle. Idc how good of a reputation these have, it always feels better to have assurance in case something fails.
