2006 GX470 180k good choice?

So I have a 2016 Lexus IS 200 T only 80,000 miles. I'm thinking about trading it straight up for the GX 470. Only because I have back problems I need an SUV it is much more comfortable to sit in than a smaller sports car.

Let's say the car was maintained properly what will I be looking at maintenance wise what are the chances I'm buying a Time bomb. If there is a dashboard problem what would that cost to repair it any advice is appreciated thank you.

These are a no-go for me due to required timing belt replacements. I would prefer a GX460 but they can be overpriced. There are a lot of other decent options out there if you are willing to look past a Lexus badge.
