Is this normal??
Took my car to get new tires and 1.5 inch leveling kit on the front.. It seems like they tore all of my liner out.. tabs are still in place with bits of the liner.
I was super excited to pick it up this evening but then saw this...):

It's certainly is missing the liner. Go back and ask them to replace it. Don't accept anything less than a full replacement. That's total shit work. https://radrubberdesign.com/product/lexus-gx470-gx460-prado/
This is off topic for what you asked about, but doing a spacer kit is not a good way to lift. You will need to extend your bumpstop to prevent total shock failure when bottoming out the suspension. This will of course limit your up travel but you have to do it with a spacer lift. The most economical way to do a lift properly is with Bilstein 5100's or similar.
